据报道，一种名为耳念珠菌的多重耐药性真菌近日在美国多地爆发，截至2月底，全美已有587例确诊病例。耳念珠菌的来源目前还不明确，近50%的感染者会在90天内身亡，感染者会有发高烧症状，并伴随各种器官衰竭、呼吸衰竭等表现。

　　耳念珠菌，英文名称为Candida auris 。根据美国疾病防治中心(Center for Disease Control and Prevention)，耳念珠菌给全球健康都带来了严重威胁。美国疾病防治中心基于以下三点要密切关注这一真菌：

　　Candida auris is an emerging fungus that presents a serious global health threat. CDC is concerned about C. auris for three main reasons:

　　1、多种抗药性。耳念珠菌对一些常用于念珠菌感染的抗真菌药有抗药性。

　　It is often multidrug-resistant, meaning that it is resistant to multiple antifungal drugs commonly used to treat Candida infections.

　　2、难以通过标准实验方法鉴定。只有通过实验室的特殊技术才能鉴别耳念珠菌。而鉴别错则会导致错误的治疗方法。

　　It is difficult to identify with standard laboratory methods, and it can be misidentified in labs without specific technology. Misidentification may lead to inappropriate management.

　　3、耳念珠菌已经引发了大规模感染。因此，快速鉴别出耳念珠菌并进行特殊隔离治疗才能有效防止其进一步传播。
