陈宗海，男，1963年12月生，安徽省桐城市人，毕业于中国科学技术大学，硕士学位，现任中国科学技术大学信息与智能学部教授。主要研究复杂系统建模、仿真与控制、模式识别与机器智能、大数据与群体智慧、节能与新能源汽车技术。-

1988年毕业于中国科学技术大学系统科学与管理科学系。
1991年在中国科学技术大学控制理论与控制工程专业，获硕士学位。
1991年留校任教。
