In my opinion, the Inter is helpful rather than harmful as someone else thinks. As is known to all, the Inter is playing a more and more important part in our daily life. On the Inter, we can read news at home and from abroad and get as much information as we can. We can send e-mails or make phone calls to our family as well as to our friends. We can also attend the school, read many books and even teach ourselves English. We can also enjoy music, watch matches and play puter games on the Inter. We can even do shopping on line. Besides we can improve our ability to operate the puter.

    It's burning hot last summer holiday,my father's pany anized an activity to go rafting in Zhouluo town Liuyang city.My mother and i went with them.
    It's a long distance from Changsha to Zhouluo,it took us about 3 hours .Then it's the Zhouluo beauty spot.The road to the spot winds up,but there're all green trees beside it.We felt  broad looking down from the hill,which is very different from the crowded city town.
    After a break,the rafting began!My father,my mother and i were in a boat.Others usually  2 people a boat.It's very cool in the water.Each of us had a gourd ladle with which we can play water wars.At first，the current is small,we floated slowly on the water.Then the current became stronger gradually,we drifted down from a dam with 2 meters height.We are very exciced.When the current slowed down,we splash water over one another.We were tired but happy.The last dam is about 10 meters high.When we drifted down our shoes hats and something others were all floated away.That's too exciting!
    It's my first time to go rafting,it's an unfetable summer!

    去年暑假，天气炎热，我爸爸的单位组织了一次到浏阳周洛漂流的活动。我和妈妈都去了。
    从长沙到周洛有很长一段距离，花了我们差不多三个小时。然后就到了周洛风景区了。通往风景区的路蜿蜒而上，不过路的两边都是绿树。从山上往下看，我们觉得很广阔，和拥挤的市中心很不一样。
    休息一会后，我们开始漂流了。我和爸爸，妈妈坐一个艇。其他人通常是两人一个艇。水里面的感觉很清凉。我们每个人都有一个瓢，可以用来打水仗。刚开始的时候，水流很小，我们在水上慢慢地漂。紧接着，水流逐渐变强，我们从一个高两米的坝上漂下，我们太激动了。水流慢下来的时候，我们就相互泼水。虽然很累，但是很快乐。最后一个坝足有10米高。当我们从上面漂下的时候，我们的鞋子帽子还有其它东西都漂走了。实在是太刺激了。
    这是我第一次漂流，这真是一个难忘的暑假！

      林书豪-A Raising Star
       Jeremy Lin, one of the most popular basketball players in NBA, plays for New York Knicks and leads his team to win, although he was fired by the Golden State Warriors and Houston Rockets. Jeremy Lin is a Chinese-American, who was born on August 23, 1988 in California, U.S.A.. He graduated from Harvard University, majoring in economics with a minor in sociology. During the school, he led Harvard University basketball team won the Ivy League group champion. After that, he signed with the Golden State Warriors and became the first Harvard University student to enter NBA since 1953 and the first Chinese –American player in NBA.

      Jeremy Lin is know to people since February 4. In a 99-92 victory over the New Jersey Nets, he scored 25 points, five rebounds and seven assists-all career-high. Since then, he got more playing time and began his legendary performances and led the team to seven consecutive victories. In the game with the Los Angeles Lakers, his scoring even more than Kobe Bryant. Because of his sudden rise, February 16, Jeremy Lin was invited to participate in Rising Stars Challenge while he was originally not appeared in the entry list.

      Due to his outstanding performance, the media overwhelmingly reported him into a hero of New York city. The U.S. media also gave him a resounding nickname “Lin-sanity ”. At the same time, his is so popular in the Inter that the videos about him are been crazy spread. After all, Jeremy Lin is just a new player in NBA, and he has much to learn. We hope him to work hard as before and play well in the future.
