　　眼一睁一闭，国庆七日小长假没了，七天连环夺命工作日过去一半儿了。

　　距上一次格隆汇直播美国总统大选一辩也已经过去小半个月了。

　　白驹过隙，光阴如梭，我们怎么可以不洞察时事、紧跟大势呢？

　　同志们，瓜子嗑起来，小扇摇起来，西瓜抱起来。

　　继《美国大选辩论：初次交战》之后，格隆汇倾力打造系列之二——《美国

　　大选辩论：冰与火之歌》，邀你共赏。

　　民主党候选人：希拉里·克林顿

　　共和党候选人：唐纳德·川普

　　时间：美国当地时间9日晚

　　地点：圣路易斯华盛顿大学

　　时长：90分钟；每个问题2分钟回答时间

　　形式：“市政厅式”,一半的问题由观众提出，另一半问题由主持人提出。

　　还是熟悉的配方，还是熟悉的味道。

　　二辩背景介绍：双方辩手双双印堂发黑，形势均不利。

　　川普：7日，华盛顿日报爆出了一段川普在肥皂剧《我们的日子》客串时的一段录音和视频。录音里，川普用淫秽语言谈论妇女，吹嘘自己与已婚妇女亲吻、甚至试图发生关系的经历。ORZ，word 哥。

　　即便形势不好，双方辩手还是迎难而上、越挫越勇。

　　当然，你懂的。如果你对第一场格隆汇中英辩论对照还有印象，你会发现，这俩人根本没有说出什么所以然，通篇看下来无非就是：

　　你无情无耻无理取闹。

　　What？！你才无情，你才无耻，你才无理取闹。

同志们，我希望你们以合适的姿势来看这场冰与火之歌，譬如划个拳，喝个酒？

　　美帝段子手纷纷响应。

　　而整个辩论的高潮竟然是关于克林顿….

　　由于深陷侮辱女性言论的漩涡中，川普竟然将矛头指向了希拉里的老公—克林顿！

　　希拉里说：“川普从来未对他侮辱的人道歉，他欠整个国家一个道歉。”

　　而川普回击说：“我道歉了。而且我是我只是空谈，没实际行动，你看看你家克林顿，他可是行动了。比尔做的事情已经违反了法律。那些克林顿的受害者，我请她们到现场来了。”

　　我只想说，请受害人来现场，厉害了我的哥！！

　　QUESTION: Thank you, and good evening. Knowing that educators assign viewing the presidential debates as students’ homework, do you feel you’re modeling appropriate and positive behavior for today’s youth?

　　Q：晚上好。既然大家都知道总统大选辩论是教育界公认的学生家庭作业一般的存在，你们二位认为你们给我国的青少年做出好榜样了吗？

　　Clinton：And I think it is very important for us to make clear to our children that our country really is great because we’re good. And we are going to respect one another, lift each other up.

　　希拉里：告诉我们国家的孩子，我们的的确确是一个伟大的国家，因为美国人民很伟大。我们互相尊重，彼此扶持。

　　I want to be the president for all Americans, regardless of your political beliefs, where you come from, what you look like, your religion. I want us to heal our country and bring it together because that’s, I think, the best way for us to get the future that our children and our grandchildren deserve.

　　COOPER: We received a lot of questions online, Mr. Trump, about the tape that was released on Friday, as you can imagine. You called what you said locker room banter. You described kissing women without consent, grabbing their genitals. That is sexual assault. You bragged that you have sexually assaulted women. Do you understand that?

　　You know, when we have a world where you have ISIS chopping off heads, where you have — and, frankly, drowning people in steel cages, where you have wars and horrible, horrible sights all over, where you have so many bad things happening, this is like medieval times.

　　你们看啊，我们生活在一个ISIS还在随随便便切人头、浸猪笼，满目苍夷争纷不断的世界里，每天发生这么多破事儿我差点以为我们还活在中世纪呢。

　　And they look and they see. Can you imagine the people that are, frankly, doing so well against us with ISIS? And they look at our country and they see what’s going on.

　　Yes, I’m very embarrassed by it. I hate it. But it’s locker room talk, and it’s one of those things. I will knock the hell out of ISIS. We’re going to defeat ISIS. ISIS happened a number of years ago in a vacuum that was left because of bad judgment. And I will tell you, I will take care of ISIS.

　　没错，就这件事情来说我非常懊悔，我也痛恨我自己。但是真的就是个更衣室谈话真的不算啥。我保证我肯定搞死ISIS，我们肯定会打败ISIS的。ISIS几年之前因为我们的误判慢慢滋长起来，我现在跟你说，我肯定会打垮ISIS的。

　　COOPER: So, Mr. Trump…

　　TRUMP: And we should get on to much more important things and much bigger things.

　　COOPER: Just for the record, though, are you saying that what you said on that bus 11 years ago that you did not actually kiss women without consent or grope women without consent?

　　TRUMP: I have great respect for women. Nobody has more respect for women than I do.

　　Clinton：So, yes, this is who Donald Trump is. But it’s not only women, and it’s not only this video that raises questions about his fitness to be our president, because he has also targeted immigrants, African- Americans, Latinos, people with disabilities, POWs, Muslims, and so many others.

　　TRUMP: It’s just words, folks. It’s just words. Those words, I’ve been hearing them for many years. I heard them when they were running for the Senate in New York, where Hillary was going to bring back jobs to upstate New York and she failed.

　　川普：那都是随便说说而已啊朋友们。随便说说的。她说的那些我都听了好些年了。我从竞选纽约州议会开始就开始听了，希拉里说她要为纽约州北部的人民带来工作机会，结果不还是失败了。

　　She’s done a terrible job for the African-Americans. She wants their vote, and she does nothing, and then she comes back four years later. We saw that firsthand when she was United States senator. She campaigned where the primary part of her campaign…

　　她对非裔美国人也是，没干啥好事。她想要人家的投票，但是啥都不做，然后四年以后又卷土重来一遍。我们看看她做议员的时候就知道了。她只在她自己竞选的主要部分拉票。

　　It was locker room talk, as I told you. That was locker room talk. I’m not proud of it. I am a person who has great respect for people, for my family, for the people of this country. And certainly, I’m not proud of it. But that was something that happened.

　　都跟你说了多少遍了啊就是个更衣室聊天，真的。我也一点都不骄傲。我一直是一个特别尊重别人，尊重我的家庭，尊重美国人民的人。我这的是一点也没有引以为傲。但是那个事确实发生过。

　　If you look at Bill Clinton, far worse. Mine are words, and his was action. His was what he’s done to women. There’s never been anybody in the history politics in this nation that’s been so abusive to women. So you can say any way you want to say it, but Bill Clinton was abusive to women.

　　可是你们看看比尔克林顿啊，他不比我恶劣多了？我就是说说而已啊，他呢，他直接付诸行动啊。你们看看他都对女性干了啥啊。我们国家政治史上可从来没有一个人这么恶劣的对待女性啊。所以你们想咋说就咋说，反正比尔克林顿才是虐待狂。

　　Hillary Clinton attacked those same women and attacked them viciously. Four of them here tonight. One of the women, who is a wonderful woman, at 12 years old, was raped at 12. Her client she represented got him off, and she’s seen laughing on two separate occasions, laughing at the girl who was raped.

　　And I will tell you that when Hillary brings up a point like that and she talks about words that I said 11 years ago, I think it’s disgraceful, and I think she should be ashamed of herself.

　　CLINTON: it’s just awfully good that someone with the temperament of Donald Trump is not in charge of the law in our country.

　　TRUMP: Because you’d be in jail.

　　川普：那可不，不然你早进监狱了。

　　Q2：

　　QUESTION:Affordable Care Act, known as Obamacare, it is not affordable. What will you do to bring the cost down and make coverage better?

　　Q：关于奥巴马医改的问题，我们知道已经无法负担了。你们会怎样削减成本并且让医保覆盖的更深远呢？

　　CLINTON: Well, I think Donald was about to say he’s going to solve it by repealing it and getting rid of the Affordable Care Act. And I’m going to fix it, because I agree with you. Premiums have gotten too high. Copays, deductibles, prescription drug costs, and I’ve laid out a series of actions that we can take to try to get those costs down.

　　希拉里：我觉得川普肯定会说他会反对医改还要全面摆脱这个平价医疗法案。是我的话我就会完善这个法案。因为我也同意你说的，保费太贵了。共付费、自付费、处方药费用等等，我能列出一大串可以削减成本的项目。

　　But here’s what I don’t want people to forget when we’re talking about reining in the costs, which has to be the highest priority of the next president, when the Affordable Care Act passed, it wasn’t just that 20 million got insurance who didn’t have it before. But that in and of itself was a good thing. I meet these people all the time, and they tell me what a difference having that insurance meant to them and their families.

　　但是我希望当我们讨论控制成本的时候大家不要忘记的是，下一任总统最需要关心的就是，在当初法案通过的时候，不仅仅是那两千万之前没有保险的人有了保障。这是一件于国于民都好的事情。我一直在和这些民众接触，他们常常告诉我这个保险对他们自己和家庭来说有多么重要。

　　But everybody else, the 170 million of us who get health insurance through our employees got big benefits. Number one, insurance companies can’t deny you coverage because of a pre-existing condition. Number two, no lifetime limits, which is a big deal if you have serious health problems.

　　同时其他人，其他一亿七千万从雇主那里拿到健康险的我们也得到了巨大的好处。首先，保险公司再也不能因为你的已有疾病为借口来拒付保费了。第二，想想没有时间限制这一点对于身患重病的人来说是多么重要。

　　Number three, women can’t be charged more than men for our health insurance, which is the way it used to be before the Affordable Care Act. Number four, if you’re under 26, and your parents have a policy, you can be on that policy until the age of 26, something that didn’t happen before.

　　So I want very much to save what works and is good about the Affordable Care Act. But we’ve got to get costs down. We’ve got to provide additional help to small businesses so that they can afford to provide health insurance. But if we repeal it, as Donald has proposed, and start over again, all of those benefits I just mentioned are lost to everybody, not just people who get their health insurance on the exchange. And then we would have to start all over again.

　　因此我想保留奥巴马医改法案有所作为的地方，同时削减成本。我们得为中小型企业提供帮助因为他们根本付不起保费。但是如果按照川普说的废除法案，我们所有的努力就会付诸东流，我刚刚提到的大家真真切切感受到的好处也会消失殆尽，我们一切都要重头再来。

　　Right now, we are at 90 percent health insurance coverage. That’s the highest we’ve ever been in our country.So I want us to get to 100 percent, but get costs down and keep quality up.

　　TRUMP: Obama care is a disaster. You know it. We all know it. It’s going up at numbers that nobody’s ever seen worldwide. Nobody’s ever seen numbers like this for health care.

　　Obama care will never work. It’s very bad, very bad health insurance. Far too expensive. And not only expensive for the person that has it, unbelievably expensive for our country. It’s going to be one of the biggest line items very shortly.

　　We have to repeal it and replace it with something absolutely much less expensive and something that works, where your plan can actually be tailored. Obama care is a total disaster.

　　我们定要废除法案然后找个便宜又有用的来代替它。奥巴马法案真的是垃圾诶。

　　It is a disastrous plan, and it has to be repealed and replaced.

　　垃圾垃圾垃圾法案。我们一定要废除要改革。

　　Well, I just want — just one thing. First of all, Hillary, everything’s broken about it. Everything. Number two, Bernie Sanders said that Hillary Clinton has very bad judgment. This is a perfect example of it, trying to save Obama care, which is a disaster.

　　我再说一句，就一句。首先，希拉里，希拉里搞砸了所有事情。第二，希拉里之前的竞选搭档桑德斯说过，希拉里毫无判断力可言。从医改法案这件事情是就可以看出来，她还想挽救奥巴马医改？挽救一个垃圾？
